Ingredients:

  • 100g raw prawns
  • 100g white fish
  • 1 onion diced
  • Punnet of cherry
  • tomatoes halved
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Handful of chopped basil + extra to serve
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • Dried chilli flakes to suit
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1-2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • Konjac noodles
  • Cracked pepper
    Salt to taste
    1. Fry onion & garlic with a bit of water until translucent.
    2. Add tomatoes and fry until
    3. soft. Add all other ingredients
    4. except prawns and noodles. Cook until reduced.
    5. Have a taste and adjust seasoning to suit.
    6. Add the prawns and cook until pink.
